Roads, Paving and Parking Lots
Roads and parking lots built on a proper base, to the standard the owner specifies.
Roads, Paving and Parking Lots in Toronto and across Ontario
Pavement lasts as long as what lies beneath it. Subgrade preparation, granular base, drainage and compaction decide whether a road or parking lot lasts for decades or breaks up after a few winters.
We deliver road resurfacing and reconstruction, mill-and-overlay, asphalt paving, parking lot construction and repair, curbs and drainage for municipalities, public agencies, developers, property managers and commercial owners. Work follows Ontario Provincial Standards (OPSS and OPSD) and the owner's own specifications, with traffic control to Ontario Traffic Manual Book 7.
Harborline Sterling Construction Inc. is principal-led. One of our co-founders, Mansoor Alam Khan or Maqsood Mohammed, oversees every project, so decisions get made quickly and you always know who is accountable.
