Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. One room, one bathroom, a deck or a repair gets the same written scope, licensed trades and clean finish as a large renovation.
Do I need a permit for my renovation?
It depends on the work. Structural changes, new plumbing or heating, additions, raised decks and second units usually need one. Cosmetic work such as flooring, painting and cabinets usually does not. We confirm with your municipality and handle the application.
Will I get a written contract?
Yes. You get a written contract setting out the scope, price, payment schedule, timeline and warranty, and every change is priced in writing before it goes ahead.
How do payments work?
Payments are tied to clear milestones in the contract, so you pay as work is completed. Ontario's Construction Act holdback rules can apply to home renovations too, and we explain how they work for your project.
Can we live at home during the renovation?
Usually, yes. We protect floors and furniture, control dust, keep a safe path through the house and clean up every day. For the heaviest phases of a kitchen or whole-home renovation, we plan the timing with you.
Who does the electrical, plumbing and gas work?
Licensed electrical contractors, licensed plumbers and TSSA-registered gas contractors, with permits and inspections where required.

We are based in Toronto and work across Ontario. Our core service area runs from Hamilton and Halton through Peel, Toronto, York and Durham, and north to Innisfil and Barrie. For the right projects, we work anywhere in the province.
