Facility Maintenance and Small Works
A responsive construction partner for the repairs and small jobs that keep buildings running.
Facility Maintenance and Small Works in Toronto and across Ontario
Property managers, landlords, condominium boards and retailers need a contractor who shows up for the small jobs: a damaged storefront, a unit turnover, a leaking roof, a broken sidewalk or an accessibility upgrade before an inspection.
Our small works service brings the same accountability we bring to large projects: a clear scope, a written price, licensed trades, safe work and documented completion with photos, so you can report back to owners and boards with confidence.
Harborline Sterling Construction Inc. is principal-led. One of our co-founders, Mansoor Alam Khan or Maqsood Mohammed, oversees every project, so decisions get made quickly and you always know who is accountable.
What facility maintenance and small works includes
Every project is different, but these are the parts of the work we take responsibility for.

Building envelope repairs
Roof repairs, caulking, masonry and concrete repairs that stop leaks and deterioration while they are still small.

Ramps, automatic door operators, accessible washrooms and accessible parking that improve access to your property.
Site repairs
Sidewalk, curb, asphalt patching and parking lot repairs, coordinated with our infrastructure team.
