How long does a medical clinic build-out take?
It depends on size, equipment and permits. Clinics take longer than standard offices because of plumbing, equipment and inspections, so we start long-lead items early.
Can you work in a plaza with other tenants open?
Yes. Many clinics are in plazas and office buildings, and we plan work to protect neighbouring tenants.
